Please read the Terms and Conditions address below before purchasing any goods or services from this website. Once purchased you have agreed to all terms and conditions below.

1. Payment

1.1 You agree to give accurate details when ordering from the site, and agree that the card/payment method is your own and has been authorised legally.

1.2 goods purchased from this site are for your own use and not for the use of resale.

1.3 All prices on the website are subject to change, with sales and discounts, please accept when you purchase a product the price is that of the time of purchase and may change in the future.

1.4 We will not send any orders until payments have been authorized and received.

2. Delivery

2.1 All goods will be delivered to the address you used when ordering, any incorrect data inputted on the address is your own responsibility.

2.2 Delivery times may vary depending on stock and the ones outlined in various sections of the website are predictions and may be longer/shorter. However if your delivery is taking longer than the estimated time don’t hesitate to contact us to see where your delivery is.

3. Your Information

3.1 Make sure any information provided to us is accurate for the use of goods and services provided.

3.2 We can supply any personal information we hold of yours if requested.

4. Returns

4.1 Unfortunately we do not accept returns. All goods are as displayed and explained in the description. Please fully review your order before placing. Unless the goods are damaged or faulty we are unable to accept any returns.

5. Complaints

5.1 We take complaints very seriously and attempt to reply to them as fast as possible (Please allow 5 working days). If you have a complaint please email us at [email protected]

6. Hair extensions

6.1 All consultations for Hair Extensions are free of charge. However, if you wish to pursue with the process then we will ask for a 50% non refundable deposit before ordering the hair. Again, this is non-refundable.

6.2 If for some reason you are unhappy with your Hair Extensions within 7 days of fitting, I will remove them free of charge and refund 50% of the price. This must be within 7 days. Unfortunately this does not apply if you are only unhappy with the color. A color match will take place before ordering the hair; it is at this stage for you to agree on a color with me.

6.3 A consultation form will be signed by each client before application. You must read this carefully and agree before signing.
